Returns
We value you as our customer and we are committed to serving you to the best of our abilities. If you have concerns with your purchase kindly contact our support team and we shall handle your concerns.
- Returns for Outdoor Sports Equipment:
- If a product gets damaged or is faulty upon delivery, please let us know within 24 hours if it was damaged in transit. We will assess the situation and do what's right for our customers.
- Timing: we also extend a 15-day return and exchange policy should you not be satisfied.
- To be eligible for a return, goods must be in the original box, unused, undamaged, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
- For returns, please email connect@slifeshop.com with the subject 'Returns' and include your order number, name, and the reason for the return.
- We'll provide you with instructions on where to send the returned package. We strongly advise you to get proof of postage when sending in returns to avoid a "lost package" situation. Please note we cannot issue any refund if we do not receive the products in a reasonable amount of time.
- Please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs of any returned items.
- When the returned item is received and inspected, you'll receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund.
- If the refund is approved, then it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to the original card or the original payment method within 3-5 business days (bank dependent).

At Slifeshop, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to enjoy your board with confidence. This policy explains the warranty coverage, conditions, and process for making a claim.
1. Warranty Overview
1.1 Inflatable Stand-Up Paddle Boards (SUPs)
Slifeshop offers a 1-Year Limited Warranty on all new inflatable paddle boards, covering defects in materials and workmanship from the date of purchase. This warranty applies only to the board itself and excludes accessories.
1.2 Accessories & Add-Ons
All Slifeshop-branded accessories and add-ons purchased directly from Slifeshop or authorized retailers are covered by a 90-Day Limited Warranty from the date of purchase.
2. Warranty Registration Requirement
To activate warranty coverage, customers must register their product within 30 days of delivery.
Registration is quick and ensures we can process any future claims efficiently.
How to Register:
Email connect@slifeshop.com with the subject line: “Register for Warranty” and include:
- Full legal name
- Order number
- Attached e-receipt or proof of purchase
- Shipping address
- Date of delivery (must match “Delivered” date in our shipping records)
- Model name
Important: Unregistered products will not be eligible for warranty coverage.
3. Warranty Coverage
3.1 Covered SUP Components
The 1-Year Limited Warranty covers the inflatable paddle board itself under normal recreational use.
3.2 Covered Accessories
The 90-Day Limited Warranty covers pumps, paddles, leashes, bags, and other Slifeshop-branded add-ons.
4. Exclusions
This warranty does not cover:
- General wear and tear or cosmetic damage
- Damage from misuse, accidents, improper storage, or exposure to harsh elements
- Commercial, rental, or institutional use
- Unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Products purchased from unauthorized sellers
- SUPs not registered within 30 days of delivery
- Damage caused by excessive UV/heat exposure, solvents, adhesives, or improper inflation/deflation
- Finbox damage from impact or grounding
- Any incidental or consequential damages
5. Warranty Claim Process
To initiate a claim, email connect@slifeshop.com with:
- Proof of purchase
- Description of the issue
- Photos and videos showing the defect
We may request the product be returned for inspection. All return shipping costs are initially the customer’s responsibility. If the claim is approved, we will cover return shipping for the repaired or replaced item.
6. Remedies
If your claim is approved, Slifeshop may, at its discretion:
- Repair the product or part
- Replace it with an identical or equivalent model
- Provide instructions and parts for self-repair
- Offer store credit or a refund (for accessories only)
Replacement items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or 30 days, whichever is longer.
7. Limitations of Liability
Slifeshop is not liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Injuries or losses from unsafe operation or misuse
- Delays caused by shipping, third-party repairs, or improper packaging
8. Jurisdiction & Policy Changes
Slifeshop reserves the right to update this warranty policy at any time. Updates will not affect purchases made before the change.

Refunds
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10-15 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Warranty for Handmade Products:
3-Day Replacement Policy - HandMade Products
Thank you for your purchase. Due to the delicate nature of our handwoven silk and cashmere scarves, we offer a limited 2-day replacement policy for damage incurred during shipping or upon immediate receipt.
2-Day Replacement Policy:
We will replace your handcraft if it arrives with major manufacturing defects or shipping damage, provided you notify us within two (2) days of receiving your order.
What is Covered (within 2 days):
- Major Manufacturing Defects: Significant tears, holes, or unraveling present upon receipt, not due to wear.
- Shipping Damage: Damage clearly caused by mishandling during shipping.
What is NOT Covered:
- Wear and tear.
- Discoloration.
- Damage after 7 days of receipt.
- Damage from improper care:
- Machine washing or drying.
- Dry cleaning.
- Harsh detergents or bleach.
- Snagging or pulling.
- Chemical, perfume, or lotion exposure.
- Insect damage.
- Accidental damage or misuse.
- Customer alterations.
- Minor variations in color, texture, or weave.
- Pilling.
Care Instructions:
- Handwash only with specialized cashmere or silk detergent in cool water.
- Do not machine wash or dry clean.
- Gently press out water.
- Lay flat on a mesh surface to air dry.
- Do not wring or twist.
Replacement Claim Procedure:
To request a replacement within 2 days:
- Email us at connect@slifeshop.com with proof of purchase and a damage description.
- Provide clear photographs of the damage.
- We will review your claim and provide return instructions if approved.
- Upon receipt and inspection, we will send a replacement.
Limitations:
This policy is limited to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. Our liability is limited to handcraft replacement.
Disclaimer:
This policy replaces all other warranties. We cannot guarantee against wear and tear.
